Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please contact us at least one hour before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than one hour before the delivery time will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Returns
You have 30 minutes to inspect your order upon delivery. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, damaged, or not up to your satisfaction, please contact us immediately with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive your complaint, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If an exchange is more suitable, we are happy to replace the item with another of equal or lesser value. In cases where a direct exchange is not possible, a credit for the same amount will be issued for your next purchase.
Shipping
Our products are delivered directly by our staff within the locations of Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, 2, 30122 Venezia, within Italy. Should there be any issues with the delivery, responsibility lies with SunlitVerge. Since all orders are delivered rather than shipped, shipping fees do not apply.
Non-refundable items
Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards and some health and personal care items. Additionally, any food item that has been consumed, even partially, is not eligible for a refund or exchange due to safety and hygiene standards.
